  • hello ruby ships via USPS.
  • you can expect to your next favorite piece to ship within 1-3 business days of ordering (excluding pre-orders which is stated in the item description) most items will get to you 4-6 days after ordering.

R E T U R N S:

  • we want you to LOVE your new hello ruby items! if you get home and realize you are not, we are here to help!
  • all returned items from online purchases must be postmarked within 10 days of the date delivered 
  • if you purchase at a pop-up shop please reach out within 10 days to arrange a return/exchange for store credit. you can meet us at another pop-up to return/exchange.

  • any shoes being returned need to be shipped back in the original shoe box + placed in another box to avoid damage.
