hello ruby, goodbye JILL...
by Jill Dudzinski
hellllo, i have some BIG news!
the hello ruby fashion truck, online shop, wholesale, brand; (ALL OF IT) is officially rollin’ to a new home!
the last few pop-up seasons with two kids, i have been feeling like i can’t keep up. you may have listened to my podcast about this earlier in april, but i felt the need to wrap up hello ruby this year. i felt like i wasn’t doing it justice with my schedule and was delegating the things i loved most.
that, mixed with the fact that @alocalcollective has had exponential growth this year and my love for vendor curation with @midtowncrossing, i decided my tank was gettin’ a little empty.
most importantly, my two toddlers have also been the biggest factor in this decision. i am so so so fortunate to be able to have had a “part time” work schedule and stay home with paxton and noelle!
after the “creation of hello ruby” podcast dropped, my very sweet photo coordinator gal pal, @haleyswisher reached out to ask if i was selling. i cannot believe the first person to reach out is THE person who purchased my business. we have been working on this in the background for months and i am jacked out of my mind to have you all say HELLO to HALEY! you guys she’s literally the sweetest, you’ll see.
so what does business look like the next few weeks?!
see @areyoujillous at her final @junkstock booth for weekend 1, modern market 9/28 with @alocalcollective, and JILL’S FINAL CALL at @themondaynightmarket from 5-8pm on 9/30.
haley takes over for weekend 2 @junkstock and beyond!
you can expect to still see me on this page with all things small business, a local collective, a rebranded podcast with @hurrdatmedia + more
give @shophelloruby a follow and let’s send haley with continued success for omaha’s original fashion truck!
lastly, i am so grateful for your support over the last almost 8 years. thank you to all of you. my customers, family and friends who carried me! remember when @rubytheintern was here, too?! our sweet girl’s legacy continues on — hello ruby to goodbye jilly and hello haley!
